paleo weekly meal plan: december 16th
Hello friends! I took a few weeks off after Thanksgiving. For some reason we’ve been running non-stop ever since and now we’re in the third week of December. How did that happen?
While I’ve taken time off from posting a Paleo Meal Plan, the cooking only came to a brief halt while I was waiting patiently for my GE PGB940SEFSS Profile 30″ Stainless Steel Gas Sealed Burner Range to arrive. I’m still learning how to navigate the oven but loving the 19,000 BTU Tri-Ring Burner. Talk about serious cooking power.
This week I’m feeling inspired by cabbage so I Googled paleo cabbage and the first article that popped up was by Nom Nom Paleo – Cabbage 1o ways. Jackpot! I knew this was going to be good. Michelle did not disappoint. Check out the pic below of Cabbage & Bacon (oh yeah). This particular recipe was available only on the Nom Nom Paleo iPad app ($5.99) so I broke down and purchased it.
Paleo Weekly Menu – December 16th
Monday: Cabbage & Bacon (on the app) + Carrot Fries (my kids will actually eat these)
