Cleansing and preparing meals for your family doesn’t necessarily go hand in hand. I chose to start on Sunday and the next two days my family will be low maintenance meals. Everyone seems to be on board. Wish me luck!

Paleo Weekly Menu – November 17th

Sunday: *Game Day Chili

Monday: Rotisserie Chicken from Whole Foods + Steamed Broccoli + Gluten- Free Brown Rice Pasta 

Tuesday: Meatballs and  Zucchini Pasta 

Wednesday:  One Pot Kale and Quinoa Pilaf  + Creamy Cauliflower and Artichoke Soup

Thursday: Beef, Bacon and Plantain Casserole

Friday: Leftovers
